Event Description

Tao’s Center is happy to host Alit Bar-Sadeh with her Art of Observation yoga retreat, aimed at deepening the yoga practice and combining it into the participants’ daily life.

Yoga practitioners often hear ‘gaze at your thumbs’, ‘observe your breath’, ‘pay attention to your internal state’, etc. The weekend retreat will focus on experiencing and realizing this art of observation, on and off the mat.
