Therefor the classes are suitable for all levels, also for beginners and those without yoga experience. The exercises will be adapted to your personal level. Teacher Oona Giesen will guide you through the foundations of body alignment and breath work. During the classes props (belts, blocks, bolsters, pillows, wooden back band arches, hammocks) will be used to adapt the practice to your individual needs. Classes are focused on deepening your individual awareness and understanding of your body and the relationship between mind, body and breath. You don't need to bring anything with you; everything needed is for the yoga classes is there. Classes are in English, 5 mornings for 2.5 hour and 3 evenings for 1.5 hour.
