Women Power #WeMeanPower

This workshop has been designed by women for women, with the main objective to encourage personal empowerment and taking control of our life, by making positive decisions based on what we want. However, none of this will be possible if self-esteem and self-confidence are not in place to help us convert intention into action.

The main objective of this workshop is to reflect on our own decisions & actions throughout our life and get to understand their impact in our self-confidence and self-esteem.

In WeMeanPower workshop, we will have the opportunity to mindfully face the impact of those decisions, observe them from another point of view and discard what is no longer serving us to finally open the door and let go. We are going to invite what we need in order to re-build our inner strenght and pursue what makes us happier and more confident women.

The outcomes:

1. Developing self-awareness. Seeing ourselves through others.
2. Getting closer to ourselves and other powerful women.
3. Getting the opportunity to observe how we have changed during the years.
4. Setting new goals and feeling confident because we will know "We Can Do It".
