“Stories under the sun” Photo Workshop

The Antiparos Photo Festival is not just about looking at great photographs. It’s also an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and know-how from top professionals. This year, the Festival offers workshops from two leading photography experts.

“Stories under the sun”

On the sunny island of Antiparos you will be guided to look for the stories right in front of you - everyday stories that unfold under the sun. This workshop comprises two afternoons with photographer and writer Toralf Sandåker ending in a session where you present your picture stories and get feedback on your work. Bringing your own laptop or tablet is highly recommended.

Toralf Sandåker is technical editor of the Norwegian magazine ‘Fotografi’, where he is responsible for tests, product news and information about technology. He also represents ‘Fotografi’ on the jury of the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) Photo Panel, which distributes the EISA Awards.In 2013, he published his reference book on photography ‘Se med kamera’ (in Norwegian) for the enthusiast as well as amateurs and professionals.
