The workshop offers daily Chi-Kung and Tai-Chi practice, breathing, becoming aware of the way we hold our body, the way we move and of our posture.
The workshop daily schedule is as follows:
10:00 Morning meditation
10:30 Chi-Kung & Tai-Chi practice
12:00 Workshop noon session
18:00 Workshop afternoon session
The workshop will give practical tools for tension relief, re-balancing physically and emotionally.
