Event Description

This is a joyful journey into body wisdom through movement. When we listen and allow our bodies to express freely we bring harmonization within our system. The main intention of this work is to create a safe space to flow into our natural movement and rhythm, play with different qualities and support others in doing so.

Classes will take place every Thursday from 10:30 to 12:00 at the Central School of Ballet in Naoussa.
