Tao’s Center is happy to host Rivi Diamond for her Island Waves workshop, a 5Rhythms® Dance & Movement Workshop.

The 5Rhythms® are a simple and powerful movement practice. There are no steps to learn, no right nor wrong. Each rhythm is a field of energy and qualities that exist in us and in the world around us, to which we can connect through movement and dance.
