Awareness through the body-Vinyasa Yoga Retreat

Free your breath, free your body, free your soul

Inner Transformation through Integral  Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation and  Self awareness.

We will  move  from being defined externally to 'our internal awareness and sense of Self'.

Anapnoe Yoga is to explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The graceful  Yoga classes are breath inspired fluid practices, unfolding the body naturally. Slow and gentle yet deeply strengthening. The breathing exercises & meditation liberate one's body - mind,   from inherent imprints for inner freedom and Self to unfold. It is a naturalization process that reveals our uniqueness and helps us enter into an awaken state.

Classes are in English language.Practices will be at Paros Yoga Shala , Peripheral Rd. Naousa

Some previous yoga experience is required to follow and participate in the practical classes.*We move from the core out in creative sequencing of asana.

Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, Silence, Yoga Nidra, Visualization and Chakra work are integrated within the practice.

If you want to add more practices and yoga styles to your schedule you can do that by dropping in to Yoga Shala classes ( Ashtanga_ Vinyasa _Aerial _Expression and Movement _Lunar Yoga_ Anapnoe Yoga _Yin Yoga _Therapeutics)

If you are a Yoga Shala Trainnee in this retreat you will add 40hs to your TT hours.

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Some practices will be outdoors and some indoors. We will have interaction with nature, Nature walks and talks.

You can also book personal yoga  and wellness sessions during the retreat to support you in reaching a specific health goal.
