AnapnoeYoga® is a slow and gentle yet deeply grounding & strengthening Vinyasa practice that encourages the fluidity of the spine. Through deep long breathing we explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The movement & breath awareness liberates one's body - mind from deep rooted imprints.
Through this Yoga practice we become more receptive by finding our body's natural movement, expression and inclination being in the moment. Movement unfolds from our core out in all directions. It is an integral practice that cultivates presence as embodiment.
Yoga sessions are rejuvenating and balancing practices (lunar). The emphasis of the class is on fluidity through the breath and awareness through the body. In every class we flow creatively through all groups of asana creating full body transformation, circulation and centering. Chakra work, Pranayama, Mantra, Yoga Nidra and Meditation are integrated within the practice.
