Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.
Mindfulness through Integral Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga (optional), Yin Yoga, Meditation, interaction with nature & silence. We will move from being defined externally to our internal awareness and sense of Self.
Inner Yoga is to explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The graceful Yoga classes are breath inspired fluid practices, slow and gentle yet deeply strengthening. The breathing exercises- pranayama- meditation, mantra & asana, liberate one's body and mind from inherent imprints. It is a naturalization process that reveals our uniqueness and helps us enter into an awaken state.
Each day we will take time to be silent, to just be. We will take time each day to commune with nature and silently witness the intelligence within each living being. Silently witness a sunset and listen to the sound of the ocean..walk in nature and embody presence allowing ourselves to receive all the gifts life is offering us.
